Lego Star Wars Smart Play Throne Room Duel and A-Wing Review

Lego's new Star Wars Throne Room Duel and A-Wing set features Smart Bricks—standard-sized bricks with embedded chips, LEDs, accelerometers, sensors, and speakers that interact with Smart Minifigures and Smart Tags via Bluetooth (BrickNet) and NFC. The 962-piece set recreates the Return of the Jedi lightsaber duel and includes an A-Wing, working entirely without a screen or app. While the familiar Lego building experience remains satisfying, the review explores whether Smart Bricks meaningfully enhance play.
