Building Distinct Minds: How Individual Learning Creates True AI Personalities

Unlike Stanford's prompt-based approach, this work proves that truly distinct AI personalities require architectural separation and independent learning, not just different prompts. By implementing a two-layer cognitive architecture with per-agent LoRA training, agents develop genuinely different behaviors shaped only by their own experiences. This achieves measurable personality differentiation on a single consumer GPU, suggesting new possibilities for scalable multi-agent systems.
