An analysis of 116 AI user dialogues revealed that most people underutilize AI by treating it as a simple Q&A tool, yielding superficial results. The study identified three key protocols for advanced interaction—iterative refinement through multi-step dialogue, delegation-based requests with specific parameters, and cyclic looping—that transform AI from a passive executor into a collaborative thinking partner capable of producing architectural solutions and production-ready outputs.
