I built an open-source PostgreSQL backup manager — self-host it in one command

Healthy Base is an open-source PostgreSQL backup manager that automates backups with scheduled cron jobs, encrypted S3/MinIO cloud storage, email alerts, and a dashboard UI. It can be self-hosted via a single Docker Compose command or used as a free hosted cloud service. The stack is built on Next.js 15, Prisma, PostgreSQL, MinIO, and Docker.
