Google Chrome is coming to Arm-powered Linux devices later this year

Google announced it will bring Chrome to ARM64 Linux machines in Q2 2026, following earlier Arm support on Mac (2020) and Windows (2024). The move addresses growing demand for Arm-based Linux computing, with Arm chip makers like Qualcomm, Nvidia, and MediaTek eyeing Linux as a platform for their PC-grade processors. Google specifically mentioned Nvidia's DGX Spark as a target and will distribute Chrome via Nvidia's package manager.
