Delphi 13.1 Released, with ARM64 support

Embarcadero has released RAD Studio 13.1 Florence Update 1, featuring a new Delphi Windows on Arm (Arm64EC) native compiler built on LLVM 20, enabling developers to compile existing codebases for Windows on Arm devices without Intel emulation. The update also includes Android/iOS platform updates, a new FireMonkey Style Designer, Delphi LSP engine improvements, and numerous IDE and UI enhancements.
