South Korea is building a national-scale AI infrastructure by curating 23,000+ hours of high-quality broadcast video data, which is critical for training multimodal foundation models that integrate language, visual, and audio understanding. This publicly available dataset will accelerate AI development across multiple industries—manufacturing, healthcare, disaster response, transportation—strengthening Korea's competitive position in the global AI race.
