Rethinking Tab Suspension: A Pressure-Aware Orchestration Engine

This architecture demonstrates how separating browser and system concerns—combining Chrome extension logic with a Rust native host for real system metrics—enables deterministic, pressure-aware tab orchestration. The work showcases a paradigm shift toward transparent, intent-respecting browser optimization that adapts to actual OS constraints.
