This project exposes a critical gap in AI adoption within highly regulated institutions: generic policy memos fail to address real-world implementation challenges. Themis Lex tackles this by building role-specific AI guidance for court employees, demonstrating that responsible AI requires meticulous planning and domain expertise before any code is written. The work shows how self-taught developers can leverage AI agents to solve tangible problems in institutions that urgently need them.
