Three-Week Sprint: New Homepage, Dark Mode, and Operations Dashboard

PSRESTful shipped three major features over three weeks with 158 commits: a redesigned homepage with dark gradient hero and updated pricing cards, comprehensive site-wide dark mode across all pages and components, and a new Operations dashboard for procurement management with role-based access controls. Additional updates include conversion-optimized landing pages for each feature, a color normalization system for consistent supplier color data, and enhancements to the Web Service Validator including Protobuf support.
