Beyond Semantic Search: How Trajectory Structure Predicts Agent Failures

This research demonstrates that analyzing the structural patterns of AI agent decision sequences predicts failures far more effectively than traditional text-based RAG systems. As agent infrastructure becomes increasingly critical, the ability to detect vulnerabilities through trajectory structure analysis offers essential capabilities for system monitoring, evaluation, and reliability assurance.
