Rotifer v0.5.5: Foundation Hardening — Fixing Four Critical Gaps Before They Become Real Problems

Rotifer v0.5.5 pauses feature work to fix four critical gaps found during an implementation audit: CLI bypassing the WASM sandbox, unenforced L0 kernel permissions, an unintegrated Rust algebra executor, and a fitness formula diverging from spec. All four are now closed with proper NAPI bridges, permission checks, audit logging, and a new compliance test suite.
