Rotifer v0.1: CLI Framework & Rust Core — Building the Gene Lifecycle from Scratch

Rotifer v0.1 alpha introduces a CLI framework backed by a Rust core for managing a full gene development lifecycle, including 10 commands for gene scanning, wrapping, testing, arena submission, and agent creation. The Rust core provides WASM sandboxing via wasmtime, algebraic composition operators, fitness computation, and SQLite storage, shipping with 5 genesis genes and 29 tests.
