PAGI Modularizes to Bring Stability to Perl Web Framework Ecosystem

PAGI, the spiritual successor to PSGI/Plack, is splitting its monolithic distribution into separate, independently versioned modules (PAGI, PAGI::Server, PAGI::Tools) to enhance ecosystem stability as the framework matures. Version 0.3 of the PAGI specification introduces advanced streaming output control with backpressure handling and buffer-state callbacks, significantly improving the developer experience for real-time web applications. This evolution reflects how PAGI builds on PSGI's proven design principles while addressing contemporary web development challenges.
