Oregon School Cell Phone Ban: 'Engaged Students, Joyful Teachers'

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek visited Estacada High School to assess the impact of her executive order banning cell phone use in K-12 public schools. Teachers and students reported improved classroom engagement, better discourse, and reduced distractions, with every public school district in Oregon now in compliance with the ban.
