OpenBSD: PF queues break the 4 Gbps barrier

OpenBSD's PF packet filter had a 32-bit limitation in its HFSC scheduler that silently capped queue bandwidth at ~4.29 Gbps. A new patch widens bandwidth fields to 64-bit integers, supporting values up to 999G and fixing a related display bug in pftop. The change is expected to be committed by March 20, 2026.
