Lima VM — Life Changing? Or a Passing Fad?

The author discovered Lima VM and progressively built a self-hosted iOS CI pipeline by splitting dev/staging into separate VMs, then connecting a Gitea Act Runner. Using Lima's experimental macOS VM support, they configured Xcode and React Native dependencies inside a macOS-on-macOS VM to produce iOS build artifacts entirely without external CI services.
