K-음악 상생위원회, AI 음악 식별·징수 등 공동 대응

Korea's music industry is taking a coordinated approach to protect creators' rights in the AI era through technical, legal, and data infrastructure reforms. Six rights organizations are jointly implementing AI music identification systems while simultaneously reforming copyright laws and royalty regulations, creating systematic protections against uncompensated use of music by generative AI. This integrated response sets an important precedent for how creative industries can adapt to AI-generated content through industry collaboration and government coordination.
