With only 2 out of 23 programs producing actual payments and many using suspicious blockchain verification methods, the findings highlight a critical gap between promises and reality in Web3 incentive structures. The evidence suggests that traditional alternatives like content creation and legitimate bug bounty platforms may offer more reliable income for developers.
