I built an encyclopedia of 376 psychoactive substances with Next.js and PostgreSQL

A developer built SubstanceWiki, an encyclopedia covering 376 psychoactive substances with 15,015 interaction pairs, subjective effects, experience reports, and community posts aggregated from multiple sources. The stack uses Next.js 16, Prisma with PostgreSQL on Neon, Tailwind CSS, and Vercel, with a cross-linked 11-model database schema. The project focuses on harm reduction by centralizing safety-critical information like dosage tables, interaction safety ratings, and combo guides into a single resource.
