HumanPersonaBase: A Language-Agnostic Framework for Human-like AI Communication

It decomposes human-like behavior into five orthogonal components—TimingController, EmotionStateMachine, StyleVariator, ContextReferencer, and EscalationDetector—all configured via culture-agnostic JSON based on Hall's high/low-context culture framework.
