How I Track 50+ Vibe Projects Without Leaving the Terminal

The author built drift, a terminal-based project tracker designed for AI-assisted coders who manage dozens of projects. It uses a plain JSON file protocol (.drift/project.json) with no database or server, and integrates with Claude Code by injecting a section into CLAUDE.md so the AI automatically maintains goals and notes. Built in Go as a single 5MB binary using bubbletea for its TUI.
