Building Enterprise-Grade Kubernetes Without Cloud Vendor Lock-In

This homelab project demonstrates that enterprise-grade, highly-available Kubernetes clusters can be built and maintained independently using open-source tools without relying on cloud providers. The architecture leverages Proxmox, Terraform, Ansible, and FluxCD to create a datacenter-like environment with full infrastructure automation, showing a viable path for developers who want complete control over their infrastructure stack.
