Health NZ staff told to stop using ChatGPT to write clinical notes

Health New Zealand has prohibited staff from using free AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to write clinical notes, citing data security, privacy, and accountability risks, with violations potentially leading to formal disciplinary action.
