Building Moat: Auth, On-Chain Receipts, and 117 Integration Tests in One Week

Moat is a policy-enforced execution and trust layer for AI agents, built as four FastAPI microservices that evaluate, sandbox, and receipt every agent action both off-chain and on-chain on Sepolia. Key features include an HTTP proxy adapter enforcing domain allowlists over blocklists for outbound agent requests, and cryptographic IRSB receipts using keccak256 hashes submitted to the blockchain after every execution. The system was built in one week with 117 integration tests covering the full stack.
