brazuka-utils: a lib TypeScript que já suporta o CNPJ alfanumérico

brazuka-utils is a zero-dependency, tree-shakeable TypeScript library that consolidates common Brazilian utilities (CPF, CNPJ, CEP, phone, currency, vehicle plates) into a single package. Its key differentiators are support for the upcoming alphanumeric CNPJ format mandated by Receita Federal starting July 2026 (IN RFB nº 2229/2024), using base-36 conversion with the existing mod-11 algorithm, and automatic CEP lookup with failover from BrasilAPI to ViaCEP.
