Beyond the Notification: Building Real-Time Shopify Admin Updates via WhatsApp Webhooks

Waaibot built a system treating WhatsApp as a remote UI for Shopify by combining the Official WhatsApp Business API with Shopify Webhooks. When a COD order is created, an interactive WhatsApp message with Confirm/Cancel buttons is sent to the customer, and their response triggers real-time order status updates in the Shopify Admin Panel via the Admin API.
