ARM AGI CPU: Specs and SKUs

Arm announced its first production silicon, the ARM AGI CPU, at the Arm Everywhere Keynote on March 24, 2026, featuring up to 136 Neoverse V3 cores on a 3nm process with PCIe Gen6 and CXL 3.0 support. It comes in three SKUs targeting maximum core count, TCO optimization, and memory bandwidth per core. Reference server configurations range from air-cooled 36kW racks with 8,160 cores to a liquid-cooled 200kW Supermicro design housing over 45,000 cores.
