Apple acquires video editing software company MotionVFX

Apple has acquired Warsaw-based MotionVFX, a company that develops plugins, templates, and effects for Final Cut Pro, with financial terms undisclosed. The acquisition is expected to integrate MotionVFX's professional video editing tools into Apple's ecosystem, strengthening its Creator Studio bundle and helping it compete with Adobe Premiere Pro. Apple's services segment now accounts for over 26% of revenue, making content-creator tools a strategic growth area.
