Agile tools became Excel for managers. So I built a gamified Scrum board that lives inside your IDE.

The author criticizes conventional agile/Scrum tools as bloated, manager-oriented reporting apps that break developer flow. To address this, they built Lasimban (羅針盤), an opinionated Scrum-specialized task manager that lives inside the IDE, featuring real-time GraphQL sync, native 4-language support, a DSU mode highlighting stale/completed tasks, and gamified animations (confetti, rockets) to make sprint ceremonies feel rewarding rather than tedious.
