StageX is a Linux distribution designed to eliminate single points of failure in software supply chains. It is fully bootstrapped from source starting from a ~190-byte x86 assembly seed, ensures reproducible builds with verifiable hashes, and enforces distributed trust through multi-signed commits and artifacts using hardware-backed PGP keys. It is container-native, packaging everything as OCI layers for seamless integration with existing container workflows.
